Thank you for registering for the Palliative Care Conference 2023.
We will forward confirmation of registration within 48 hours of receiving your proof of payment. We will contact you at the contact details supplied.
Please check your spam/junk folder as well for the registration confirmation.
Please use your SURNAME as a reference number when submitting the payment.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD (PAYFAST)
If you have selected Credit Card Payment, please use the Payfast payment link below. Complete the field with the Total Amount Emailed to the registered email address, and click on “Pay Now” to be taken to our secure payment portal.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing to dine@londocor.co.za.
Cancellation requests received in writing prior to 31 March 2023 will receive a refund of the registration fee less R500 to cover the administration and transaction charges.
No refund will be made after this date. However, an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.
