Conference Fees
The full conference fee includes two and a half days of plenary and parallel presentations as well as a welcome plenary and cocktail event on Wednesday evening.
Please note, the fees quoted below are inclusive of VAT.

Pre-Conference Workshop Fees
A full day of pre-conference workshops will take place at the Southern Sun Elangeni and Maharani Hotel on Wednesday 18 June 2025. Each of the collaborating organisations will be presenting two workshops, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You may choose to attend any of the workshops and do not have to stick with one organisation.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing to info@pcconference.co.za
Cancellation requests received in writing prior to 31 March 2025 will receive a refund of registration fee less R500 to cover the administration and transaction charges. No refund will be made after this date. Should you be unable to attend, an alternative participant’s name may be submitted for consideration.
